- 2 oz Rum
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 dash Xocalatl Mole Bitters
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Absinthe Rinse
Instructions
Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe. Stir 2 oz rum, 0.5 oz simple syrup, 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters, 1 dash Xocalatl Mole bitters, and 1 dash Angostura bitters with ice. Serve over ice in the prepared glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
