Ingredients
- 2 oz Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1 oz Mango Juice
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mango
- 1/2 cup Ice
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum (optional, for stability)
Instructions
Add Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose Gin, lime juice, cream of coconut, mango juice, frozen mango, ice, and xanthan gum (if using) to a blender. Blend for 20-30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a fresh mango slice and mint sprig. Enjoy!
