Ingredients
- 1 oz Overproof Jamaican rum
- 3/4 oz Overproof Demerara rum
- 3/4 oz Puerto Rican rum
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz Cinnamon syrup
- 1/2 oz Falernum
- 1 dash Absinthe
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Fresh mint and maraschino cherries
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with crushed or pebble ice, and briefly shake. Pour into a double rocks glass or tiki vessel, and top with more ice as needed. Garnish with maraschino cherries and fresh mint.
