Ingredients
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- 1 oz Gin or cognac
- 3 oz Dry sparkling wine
Instructions
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into glass and top with sparkling wine. Gently stir to combine and garnish.
