Earl Grey Milk-washed

Ingredients
- 150ml Gin
- 2g Earl Grey tea
- 100ml Earl Grey infused gin
- 100ml Earl Grey tea (chilled)
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 100ml Whole milk
- 20ml Earl Grey syrup
- 5ml Yuzu syrup (optional)
Instructions
Earl Grey infused gin ratio: In a container, mix 100ml Earl Grey infused gin with 100ml Earl Grey tea (chilled) and 30ml lemon juice. Slowly pour the mixture into 100ml whole milk. Let it rest for 15-20 mins, then filter through a coffee filter. Once it's clarified, add 20ml Earl Grey syrup and 5ml yuzu syrup (optional). The first run may be cloudy. Pour it back through the same filter and wait patiently for the magic.
