Sour

Ingredients

• .5 oz Egg white (optional)
• 1 oz Simple syrup
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 2 oz Spirit of choice

Instructions

Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice and shake (dry shake first if using egg white). Strain into glass and garnish.
