Age of Aquarius
One of my favorite refreshing Mezcal cocktails. Nailing this drink really comes down to using a great Mezcal.

Ingredients
- 1.5oz Mezcal
- .5oz Campari
- .75oz Passionfruit Syrup
- .25oz Honey Syrup
- .75oz Lime
Instructions
Whip shake ingredients (except Campari) with a few small pieces of crushed ice until the ice is melted. Open pour into a glass 2/3 full of crushed ice. Add straw. Top with more ice. Float Campari over the top and garnish with a mint sprig.
